How far in advance should we place a corporate order?
We recommend placing corporate orders 2–4 weeks in advance. Larger or fully customized projects may require additional lead time to ensure proper production and quality control.
Can we customize the vessel, scent, or packaging?
Yes. Corporate orders may include customization options such as vessel color selection, scent curation, co-branded packaging, and custom inserts. All custom requests are reviewed to ensure alignment with the SETH2°17 design standard.
Is there a minimum order quantity for corporate gifting?
Minimum order quantities vary depending on the level of customization. Standard gifting begins at a lower quantity, while fully custom projects may require a higher minimum. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Are the candles safe for on-set use?
Our candles are suitable for controlled on-set use. Productions may requestunlit,cold-fill, orlit-with-approvaloptions depending on safety requirements, continuity, and fire regulations.
Do you work with productions eligible for Georgia tax credits?
Yes. SETH2°17 is a Georgia-licensed business, which may support productions seeking to meet local vendor requirements for Georgia tax incentives. Documentation can be provided upon request.
How do candle rentals work for film, TV, and photoshoots?
SETH2°17 offers concrete candle rentals specifically for film, television, and editorial productions. Candles are rented as set dressing or hero props and are selected for their neutral, cinematic design and on camera performance. Rentals are coordinated based on production timelines and scene requirements.
How far in advance should productions reach out?
We recommend reaching outas early as possible, but we regularly accommodateshort-notice and rush requestswhen inventory allows. Please include shoot dates, location, and quantity when inquiring.
How quickly can you fulfill a rental request?
We understand production schedules move fast.
For most rentals, next-day shipping is available from our current location in Virginia. Expedited shipping options can be arranged for productions in Georgia, New York, and Los Angeles, depending on timing and availability.
Are same-day deliveries available?
At this time, same-day delivery is limited due to our temporary base in Virginia.
However, SETH2°17 is aGeorgia-licensed business, and plans are in place to return to Atlanta to supportsame-day and local deliveryfor Georgia-based productions.
