Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Some products in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy options. This policy explains how you can manage, modify, or cancel these purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be billed for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their cycle. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel at any time.
Subscription Cancellation Window
You have 48 hours from the time of purchase to cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle or shipment is processed.
If a shipment has already been fulfilled, cancellation will apply to future cycles only.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions using the links provided in your order confirmation emails.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-released product.
We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method securely, and then capture the remaining balance once the item is ready to ship.
Pre-Order Cancellation Window
You have 48 hours from the time of purchase to cancel a pre-order.
If the pre-order has not yet been fulfilled, you may cancel for a full or partial refund (depending on what you paid).
If the order has already shipped or been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled.
