Shipping Policy

We currently ship SETH2°17 products to the United States, United Kingdom, and France. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of your order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery will be shown during checkout so you can choose the option that works best for you.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery in real time.

Please note: Third-party vendors may require an additional 1–2 business days to process and ship certain products.

Heat-Sensitive Products

SETH2°17 candles are made with natural wax and should not be left in hot temperatures for long periods (e.g., on a porch, mailbox, or direct sunlight).

Please monitor your tracking updates so you can retrieve your package promptly.
If you work away from home, we recommend having your order delivered to your workplace or a secure location.

Risk & Delivery

Once your package is scanned in by the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer.
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
We are not able to replace packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered.
